Marc Herskowitz Esq.
CEOMarc Herskowitz has spent almost three decades immersed in the title insurance industry. Starting in 1994, in his first job after high school, through college and law school, Marc served in various roles from title processor to searcher to closer. Hands-on experience has given Marc a thorough knowledge of the title and real estate industry and a sensitivity to clients’ concerns.
Tzippora Klugmann
VP and CounselAs the VP and Counsel, Tzippora advises all departments at Infinity concerning any title issue that needs clarification, and liaises with clients and other parties regarding complicated clearance matters. Tzippora’s creative thinking to solve problems, excellent research skills and customer service ensures that all client needs are met.
Tzippora started her Title insurance career in 1999 at a small company and was quickly promoted to manager. She joined Infinity in March 2006 as Clearance Officer, where she handled title readings, survey readings, and clearance. She holds an MBA in Finance from Baruch College and graduated Brooklyn Law School in 2020 while working at Infinity. She is now leading the counsel team, where she handles complex clearance issues such as bankruptcy, easement variations, heirship, and foreclosures.
Liz Davis
VP of Human ResourcesLiz joined Infinity in 2013 as the office manager. Since then she has taken on increased responsibility and completed HR competency studies and while she still functions as manager of the Brooklyn office she also guides the entire employee experience, making sure that Infinity is a great place to work. She is responsible for all human resources policies, programs and services including but not limited to, employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, safety and compliance with all federal, state and local laws. Liz holds a BSc in Sociology & Law.
