Marc Herskowitz Esq.CEO
Marc Herskowitz has spent almost three decades immersed in the title insurance industry. Starting in 1994, in his first job after high school, through college and law school, Marc served in various roles from title processor to searcher to closer. Hands-on experience has given Marc a thorough knowledge of the title and real estate industry and a sensitivity to clients’ concerns.
Abraham brings decades of experience in business development and real estate to Infinity. His 20 years of real estate management experience spans all phases of real estate—from smart growth and ground up development planning to large implementation projects. Abraham’s career achievements include being CFO of CA, Inc at the time of its IPO, helping to grow the company from 40 employees to over 20,000 employees, with a market cap of over $30 billion at its height.
Abraham is passionate about helping successful small businesses grow into much larger industry leaders. As COO of Infinity, Abraham is responsible for establishing policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations. This includes financial planning, reporting and budgeting, business expansion and new market development strategies, recruiting, and staffing plans. Abraham divides his time between his Midwood, Brooklyn, and Jerusalem, Israel homes.
Tzippora KlugmannVP and Counsel
As the VP and Counsel, Tzippora advises all departments at Infinity concerning any title issue that needs clarification, and liaises with clients and other parties regarding complicated clearance matters. Tzippora’s creative thinking to solve problems, excellent research skills and customer service ensures that all client needs are met.
Tzippora started her Title insurance career in 1999 at a small company and was quickly promoted to manager. She joined Infinity in March 2006 as Clearance Officer, where she handled title readings, survey readings, and clearance. She holds an MBA in Finance from Baruch College and graduated Brooklyn Law School in 2020 while working at Infinity. She is now leading the counsel team, where she handles complex clearance issues such as bankruptcy, easement variations, heirship, and foreclosures.
Liz DavisVP of Human Resources
Liz joined Infinity in 2013 as the office manager. Since then she has taken on increased responsibility and completed HR competency studies and while she still functions as manager of the Brooklyn office she also guides the entire employee experience, making sure that Infinity is a great place to work. She is responsible for all human resources policies, programs and services including but not limited to, employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, safety and compliance with all federal, state and local laws. Liz holds a BSc in Sociology & Law.
Frances MejiaVP of Production
As VP of the Production Department, Frances reviews all title reports for accuracy and provides administrative assistance to closing coordinators. She is also responsible for ensuring that files close with little chance of a claim. Frances holds a Master of Science in Business Management and Leadership from the CUNY School of Professional Studies.
In her 11 years at Infinity, Frances took advantage of the room for growth and has held multiple positions, including Production Officer, Senior Production Officer, Production Manager, and National Coordinator. Frances’ attention to detail and experience in client relations is an integral part of the Infinity client experience. After being a city dweller, Frances enjoys the fresh air and outdoorsy lifestyle that upstate NY offers.
Shira StavskyVP of NJ Operations
As VP of NJ operations, Shira operates and manages the NJ Branch. She keeps operations running smoothly and ensures that production goals are met. Her analytical thinking, attention to detail, and research skills help her accomplish all the tasks that she undertakes.
Shira has an Associates degree in paralegal studies from National Paralegal College.
Tanner BraatenVP, Closing Department
As the Closing Department Manager, Tanner oversees the file coordinators and closing administrators team. He provides continued training to the department and develops new working procedures, standards, and resources for coordinators to facilitate seamless closings. Tanner’s strong communication skills and previous experience as a closing coordinator provide valuable insight into refining workflow processes for a smooth closing experience. Tanner lives in Richmond and considers it his home ever since he moved there for college in 2004.
Julian MaxwellCounsel – VP, NJ & National
As Clearance Officer, Julian brings a wealth of legal experience and empathy to Infinity for an excellent client experience. His focus is always on delighting the client so only superior service will do. After graduating from New York Law School, Julian jumped right into the title world. He served as counsel to both large and small title companies, where he underwrote complex commercial deals and cleaned up messy residential title defects.
Julian is an innovator. He always seeks to improve the way we work and communicate, with a goal to deliver accurate service and the best client experience possible.
He lives in New Jersey with his wife and four, very active, children. When he’s not tirelessly working for his clients, you’ll find him outdoors running, hiking, biking or gardening.
